豆花的綿密口感不錯,花生軟而不爛,甜度適中。但粉圓的質感不佳,容易黏在一起,影響了整體享受。
自助取餐後可以自由找位子,服務整體表現良好。

Everyone should be familiar with Xiao Nanmen Tofu Pudding.
From the time when there was only tofu pudding to now, where they have added hot dishes,
I really feel the price increase in recent years.
Today, I was shocked to find that a bowl costs $65 now.
It feels like I just ate here not long ago, and it wasn't this expensive...
But I still ordered a bowl number 7:
Tofu pudding + tapioca pearls + peanuts.
Their tofu pudding has a dense, smooth texture.
The soybean flavor is not very strong,
but the mouthfeel is quite nice.
The peanuts are soft but not mushy,
and the sweetness of the toppings is just right.
The tapioca pearls are small and pearly,
and they are not too hard,
but I really dislike when they clump together in a big lump.
Today's tapioca pearls were subpar. 😢
I feel that the ice tofu pudding at Xiao Nanmen
has a rather small amount of ice.
If you prefer it icier, you can ask the staff to add more ice,
and it won't seem too sweet.
Overall, I was a bit shocked by the price.
I still think it tastes pretty good (except for today's lump of tapioca pearls),
but I feel it’s not cheap.
I think I will be eating here much less often in the future.
