I initially thought it was just an ordinary buffet, but upon closer inspection, I found that the menu featured many local Shizuoka specialties, all available in one meal! You can really taste the quality of the ingredients, such as the fresh and sweet vegetables and the rice, which is Koshihikari!
While there are some Western dishes, the Japanese options are more abundant and tastier. Some local dining tips from Shizuoka are explained in the photos.
Furthermore, if you sit by the window, you can see a large view of Mount Fuji! Although on the day I visited, it was half-covered by clouds, I would be so happy if the weather were better.
