This time I ordered the soy sauce chicken soup ramen. The soup is mellow but rich in layers. It has a sweet and sour flavor from the kumquat/onion at the beginning. It is a refreshing start to enjoy with the thick thick noodles. As time goes by, the kombu cake gradually blends into the soup, and the smell of seaweed begins to permeate, and the texture becomes smoother. It is a very special experience.

As for the chicken, pork and duck barbecued pork, there are two pieces each, which are tender and fragrant; however, the fattening treatment of the chicken barbecued pork does not seem to be as good as ours, maybe it will be improved next time

There are also minced garlic and grilled mature bonito vinegar with some charcoal aroma on the table. It has a unique flavor and can give the ramen a third or even fourth flavor change. It is recommended to try it.

Sukiya always provides free refills of noodles, you can choose half a ball or a ball; the additional ramen noodle is thin noodles, which I personally think is more suitable for soy sauce clear soup.

My friend ordered the fish soup ramen, which is a ramen type. It looks very good. I might try it next time.
