I think nyumen is cooked together with the soup.
These somen noodles are boiled and then rinsed in water.
It looks like it's being put into hot, slightly sweet soup.

The store has a counter with about five seats on the first floor.

Duck soup somen (hot/cold) 1,300 yen
Hokkaido's Taste Somen (Hot) 1,100 yen
*The above two items can be combined into a rice dish set for an additional 200 yen.

Kamatama somen (warm) 800 yen
*This can be changed to a mini matcha ice cream set for an additional 200 yen.

■Impressions
Thick shiitake mushrooms, chicken, burdock and other ingredients
The kelp is from Hokkaido, and the rice is Nanatsuboshi from Hokkaido.
The somen noodles are made using the highest quality Ibonoito Akaki wood noodles.
The soup has a slightly sweet flavor.

You can enjoy it in three different ways by adding the following condiments.
① Add shichimi
② Sprinkle with dried seaweed
3. Add Japanese pepper

The cooked rice is also delicious.
It's also nice that refills are free.
