I ordered a cup of Oolong Tieguanyin with grass jelly with less sugar and less ice, expecting to enjoy a refreshing drink. The grass jelly was like chemically made jelly, with no natural taste, and the tea also had a strange odor that was not at all what I expected. To make matters worse, when the drink comes off the conveyor belt, the cup is still covered in milk, which looks very unhygienic. I was really disappointed with this experience.
