Finally, it has made its way to Linkou! 👍 In a place where hot pot options are abundant in Linkou, this one tends to be quite popular and often fully booked. If friends want to come and eat, remember to make a reservation in advance!

This time, we ordered Spanish Iberico pork. 🐷 The Iberico pork is incredibly delicious and tender, with no other pork flavor. The price is also not considered expensive, and I highly recommend it. The large portion we ordered was quite generous!

Another pork dish we ordered was the Taiwanese Mei Hua pork, which is also tender in texture. It has no pork flavor, and this portion was small.

Additionally, we ordered a seafood platter. The seafood platter comes in different price ranges, and we chose the shrimp platter. It included angel shrimp, large white shrimp, white shrimp, tiger shrimp, and Penghu shrimp, among others. Eating it was simply delightful; every type of shrimp was noticeable! 🦐 We also had large clams, which were very flavorful. It was like fulfilling multiple wishes at once—super satisfying! I cooked all the shrimp in the same pot, which also made for a delicious broth. The soup turned out to be very fresh and sweet!

The birthday celebrant can choose either shrimp or clams as a complimentary gift. The complimentary portion was quite generous, not stingy at all. I strongly recommend that everyone should come here to try it in the month of their birthday! This time, I had a tomato broth, and the tomato flavor was quite rich, which I really enjoyed overall.

The price of Qiu Qiu is not cheap, which is also reflected in the quality of his meat. This time I ordered the "Small Fresh Meat Collection" set meal for two persons priced at 999 yuan, with a choice of three kinds of meat. This time I chose mature beef shoulder, pork belly, and cherry duck.

The fat ratio of mature beef shoulder blades is just right, not greasy or dry. The beef is cut into large thin slices, lightly rinsed and ready to eat. The cherry duck is also very good, with skin, a bit thick and full of fat. It should not be the common "duck breast", but other parts. Personally, I think 8-rare is just right.

The soup part is a pity, very ordinary. This time I ordered the Xinjiang Mongolian hotpot, which was marked as a popular option on the menu. It did smell like a light aroma, but it tasted tasteless. Not to mention the original kombu dashi, which is so ordinary. If you go to any hot pot restaurant, the kombu dashi will taste the same.

The soup happens to be the part that I care about most, so I only gave Haoqiu four stars. If you don’t care about soup, this store is really recommended.
