The dishes are delicious, the ingredients are fresh, and the spicy tofu pot is mildly spicy but not overpowering. The truffle wild mushroom risotto has a moderate flavor, rich and thoughtful.
The environment is comfortable and quiet, creating a warm dining atmosphere.
Due to the fact that the owner runs the business alone, service requires patient waiting, but it is very friendly and attentive.
A vegetarian restaurant recommended by a friend, it’s just the owner running the place, so you need to be patient after ordering, but the food is delicious and the environment is comfortable and quiet. Payment is only accepted in cash.
I ordered a spicy tofu hot pot, which was mildly spicy but not very hot. It tastes light, not overwhelming or smelly, and you can tell the ingredients are fresh and the cooking is attentive. I also ordered truffle wild mushroom rice, which had a noticeable truffle flavor, just the right amount, and the rice was flavorful and delicious, accompanied by a variety of vegetables, making it quite hearty.
Since the tofu hot pot doesn’t come with rice, I also ordered some organic red quinoa, as well as some seasonal cold dishes, and that day they had okra, which is perfect for the hot summer.
However, they close at 7 PM, so if you want to eat, make sure to go early. It’s a warm and cozy vegetarian restaurant, and the service from the owner is excellent! 👍
