This time I had ramen~~~
It's a famous ramen shop located near National Taiwan University.
Every time I pass by during meal times, there are usually a lot of people waiting outside.
I often see long lines even before the shop opens.

And since Dickson himself isn't a fan of waiting in line, every time I pass by, I want to eat but end up giving up.
Finally, this time during dinner hours, I saw that there was no line outside, and I was able to eat!

However, I’m not sure if it’s just not to my taste, but personally, I feel that the flavors here aren't what I prefer.
I think the ramen here has a heavier flavor profile.

Since many of the dishes are based on soy sauce, it tends to feel a bit overly salty 🥺🥺🥺

However, I believe ramen flavors really depend on personal preference, so for those who love soy sauce ramen, I think they would really enjoy this place.

Also, since this shop often has a long line and many customers, when I arrived, some types of ramen had already sold out, which was a bit unfortunate.
I might have missed out on trying their signature ramen flavor.

Moreover, since the space in the shop is very small, it’s no wonder that there are often long lines outside 😂😂😂

In addition, this shop does offer options for extra noodles and broth.
You can choose between half or a full portion of noodles and can also specify the firmness level with the staff.

Since I went too late that day, there were basically only soy sauce ramen left.
Originally, I wanted to try the salt flavor, but since I tend to be okay with soy sauce ramen, I found the taste quite heavy when it arrived.
The entire bowl primarily had a soy sauce broth flavor.

The meat part didn't particularly amaze me, and just by looking at the photo, you can tell the ramen has a strong flavor.
Overall, it was quite oily 😂😂😂

I can only say that I think the noodles are delicious, but the seasoning was too overpowering, which overshadowed the overall ramen flavor.
I personally think that's quite a pity.

If you drink some water, it might help balance things out.

The shop offers unlimited plain water for customers, so I won't give a special rating for that.

The store is very small, whether viewed from outside or inside.
There’s only a narrow aisle for one person to pass through.
The seating isn't ample; it can only accommodate about eight to ten customers at the same time.

So for those wanting to eat, if you come during peak hours, you might need to wait longer to get in.

The atmosphere is typical of a ramen shop, without anything particularly outstanding or memorable 😂
