The fried food shop offers a variety of delicious fried items. The chicken fillet is crispy on the outside and moist on the inside, pairing wonderfully with the cheese flavor. It is well-drained, reducing the greasy feeling. There are many types of sweet potato balls, making one eager to try them again and again.

The "Maze Fried Food Store - Miaoli Touwan Branch" is a shop that makes customers feel the care put into both the ambiance and food packaging. Although the prices for fried food are not exactly cheap, leaning towards the mid-high range, if you want to try some slightly more refined fried snacks (surprisingly packaged in very delicate heat-retaining bags), you might consider this place.
We ordered a dinner for two, which included a Yellow Ribbon Chicken Cutlet for $110, Triangle Bones for $60, Handmade Sweet Potato Fries for $30, King Oyster Mushrooms for $55, Green Beans for $30, and a Hot Dog for $15.
P.S. They surprisingly sell the Triangle Bones and Fried Egg Pancake Skin that I often eat in Kaohsiung, which is quite special; and there are actually different types of sweet potato fries: Taichung Sweet Potato Fries, Tainan Sweet Potato Fries, and Handmade Sweet Potato Fries, making one want to try them all.
Overall, I found that every fried item was quite tasty (except for the hot dog, which was quite ordinary and not necessary to order). They drained the oil really well, so it didn't feel greasy when eating.
The Yellow Ribbon Chicken Cutlet is stuffed with cheese, and when you eat it, it really stretches, no wonder it’s called "ribbon." The outer crust is very crispy, which I absolutely love, and it retains the chicken juices really well. Paired with the cheese, it’s not too heavy. It's best to eat it while it’s hot!
