The quality of the Japanese BBQ dishes at this restaurant is good. Whether it's Wagyu beef or Matsusaka pork, the flavors are excellent, and there are a variety of dipping sauce options that are satisfying. Overall, it's a BBQ choice worth revisiting.
The interior decor of the restaurant is understated, creating a comfortable dining atmosphere that makes people feel relaxed.
This cool store has a low-key name and decoration.
Luigi Electric Power Company actually eats yakisoba
The menu is divided into original price (table service) / challenge price (bake it yourself)
The challenge price is probably close to half price, so few people will choose the original price!
It’s both sea urchin and wagyu. It’s strange that it’s not delicious😆
Moreover, there are clear rules for roasting meat for each part. If you follow them, you are unlikely to fail. The expensive meat is also quite in line with expectations😍
There are also some low-priced Matsusaka pork and chicken legs that are delicious and can be paired with expensive ingredients to balance the budget.
The wide selection of seasonings and dipping sauces is also a great feature!
As for salt, there are kelp salt, garlic salt, basil salt...there are so many kinds, and there are also thick and light soy sauces.
My favorite is probably the scallion salt & truffle sauce. It’s like having a whole jar for you to dig into for free🤑
Price per person including alcohol is around 1000-1500, depending on how full you want to eat
Overall, it’s a pretty good choice of roasted pork. This is my second visit!
