The beef belly is also very tasty.
The balance between fat and lean is just right,
making it neither too dry nor too greasy.

The pork doesn't have a strong smell either.
The thin slices of meat are tender and soft -
it's one of the few pork dishes I would order at a hot pot restaurant.

Additionally, especially when dipped in the signature "Japanese-style soy sauce" from Stone Hot Pot,
you have to try the Japanese-style soy sauce when you visit.
It has a tangy-sweet flavor and is not too salty,

The lemon slush is also delicious,
but sometimes there is too much ice,
