The signature braised beef noodle soup has a nice broth, with thick and tender beef chunks. The seasoning and sauces are rich, and the red oil wontons are also impressive. Overall, the quality and portion of the food are worth the moderate price.
The signature braised beef noodle soup has a good broth!
There are about 4-5 pieces of beef, and the thickness is quite satisfying (as shown in the attached photo).
In terms of texture, I personally found the meat to be tender and not tough, and it is easy to chew, which I think is great.
The seasoning sauce area, along with scallions and garlic, is available for free use, and the variety is quite rich. I recommend adding scallions to the soup; the broth itself is also quite good and doesn't leave you feeling dry after drinking!
Interestingly, they also have a drink area with free soy milk and black tea. The soy milk is slightly sweet; for those who don’t like sweetness, it can be consumed sparingly.
My friend ordered the century egg tofu, which I think is fairly standard in taste, and considering the price, it's quite a good deal.
Additionally, my friend ordered the red oil dumplings, and after one bite, I found them to be quite impressive.
I feel that for their prices, it is mid-range, but the food quality and portion sizes are quite generous, and the location is very close to the MRT station.
If you're in the Bandung area and want to eat beef noodles, I personally recommend coming here to give it a try!
