The dishes at the restaurant exceeded expectations, especially the tossed noodles and the texture of the instant noodles, which were irresistible. Although the French toast and the chicken in lotus leaf were relatively ordinary, the overall flavor was still quite good, and the shrimp in the bean curd roll was very fresh.
I didn't have high expectations, but it tasted better than I expected.
It is not a traditional Hong Kong restaurant, with many small restaurants, including some lo mein-style fast food, and the prices are a bit more affordable.
This time I ordered:
Shrimp and wonton noodles with oyster sauce
Macau Pork Chop Stir-fried
Classic West Toast
Shrimp and bean curd rolls
Lotus leaf glutinous rice chicken
Xian Ning Qi
The overall taste is good. The lo mein and Demae Ichicho have the hard texture that I love and the saltiness makes it easy to stop eating.
Western toast and lotus leaf chicken are average among the many restaurants I have eaten at, which is a pity.
The shrimps rolled in bean curd skin are big and the bean curd skin is crispy enough
Xian Ning Qi is quite satisfactory~
