Located near the intersection of Minzu Road and Siwei Road in Changhua City, I heard it’s a well-known local establishment.

🪑About the overall atmosphere🎡
The overall exterior style resembles a stir-fry restaurant, and the best part is that it has a spacious parking lot, estimated to accommodate more than 10 cars; the air conditioning inside is quite cool. During meal times, there’s a long wait, and they only accept cash payments. The building is divided into front and back sections, and in the middle, there’s a sauce area and self-serve winter melon tea and red tea. Each meal comes with a complimentary dessert, with several flavors to choose from.

💰About the price💰
Premium Korean BBQ beef is $320. It’s worth noting that they also sell regular hot pot and Korean stone pot; I initially made a mistake because I intended to order the Korean stone pot.

🍴About the meals☕
They already put some seaweed and cabbage around the pot, and the beef is impressively placed in a small bowl, looking like a generous portion. The vegetable platter includes one shrimp, some wood ear mushrooms, and a bit of hot pot ingredients. The beef goes in the middle, sizzling and cooking quickly; the thickness of the slices is just right—not too thin and quite juicy. However, the ring on the side cooks slowly, only starting to be done after about 10 minutes. I also grilled the shrimp, enjoying a different flavor. There’s preserved vegetable on top of the rice; for dessert, I chose a peanut popsicle, which evokes a nostalgic vintage feeling.

Local friends say this place holds childhood memories, and it seems to have moved once; after trying it, I found it really delicious. Next time, I might want to try the regular hot pot.
