The pan-fried dumplings were prepared in advance and placed on the table. The texture is average, the sauce is not spicy and tends to be sweet, and it contains cilantro.
Located in Qinggou Night Market, the atmosphere is very vibrant. It is recommended to walk in to explore other stalls.
The staff moved quickly but lacked a smile, possibly due to being busy.
"Although the Qingkou Night Market looks quite small, it’s still very enjoyable to stroll around." - Me, after nearly 2 hours of exploring.

The pan-fried dumplings from this place are made in advance and left out on the counter (as shown in the picture). If you are concerned about hygiene issues (like flies), I wouldn't recommend eating here, as they lay them out openly without any protective measures 😂.
In terms of texture, I personally found it quite average—neither bad nor good—just the typical flavor. They are small enough to eat in one bite. What stood out to me more was the sauce; even though I asked for it to be spicy, it actually wasn’t spicy at all and was somewhat sweet instead 😂 (even though you can clearly see chili in the sauce!!).
Oh, and the sauce has cilantro in it, so those who don’t like it might want to avoid that!

The staff were quick on their feet, but sadly lacked a bit of a smile; perhaps because they were busy 🤣.

Located within the Qingkou Night Market, if possible, it’s best to walk in rather than ride a bike. This is partly due to the heavy foot traffic, and also gives you the chance to explore other stalls along the way!
