Braised pork rice has a lot of fatty meat, with the braising sauce having a moderate saltiness, and it’s even better when paired with a special homemade chili oil. The lamb slice soup and lamb shank soup are sweet and tasty, with the lamb slices being tender and the lamb shank having a nice chew.
The store has prosperous business and creates an atmosphere that makes people want to visit again.
The staff are friendly and attentive, able to provide customized needs, making the dining experience even more enjoyable.

"Bao Xing Tang Hand-Cut Braised Pork Rice and Warm Nourishing Lamb Soup" is located in the Wenshan Muza area, and it seems there is no MRT station nearby, so you might need to ride a bike or use other public transportation.
We came for dinner on Saturday night and were fortunate to be seated immediately without a wait. Many customers started coming in for dine-in or takeout, so the business seems to be quite good.
To get to the conclusion first: the flavors at this restaurant are memorable, and it’s a place I would want to return to the next time I'm in Muza!
For the soup, we ordered the Lamb Slices Soup for $120 and the Lamb Shank Soup for $160.
The soup bases are made with angelica root and various Chinese medicinal herbs, along with lamb bones, simmered according to the restaurant's family secret recipe. I personally found it very sweet and delicious, making it hard not to drink it all in one go.
They give a generous amount of lamb slices without any unpleasant, gamey smell, and the lamb slices are tender. The lamb shank is a standout; I initially thought it would be tough, but it’s actually quite chewy—both soups are highly recommended!
Braised Pork Rice (small) for $40.
If you have some soup, I think the small portion is sufficient to fill you up. The braised pork primarily consists of fatty meat, which I love. It doesn’t feel sticky and the level of saltiness in the braising sauce is just right, making it perfect to eat with the soup. I recommend this for those who enjoy fatty braised pork rice.
If you can handle spicy food, I highly recommend adding a bit of the restaurant's special spicy oil—it really enhances the flavor!
Traditional Flavor Dried Tofu for $35.
Cut into small pieces, it's easy to eat and has a standard taste, but I still recommend adding a bit of spicy oil for an even better experience!
After eating the famous Goat Meat from the new store a while ago, I have been looking for a similar and closer store, and I just happened to find Baoxingtang!
The hand-cut braised pork rice here is excellent. The braised pork is quite large, fat but not greasy and a little sweet. It is my preferred taste of braised pork rice. The only drawback is that its white rice is not very delicious. If you don't like white rice, If you're really picky, you can also order pasta.
I've ordered other braised side dishes before, but I didn't particularly like the taste. Today I just ordered braised tofu. There's nothing special about it, it's just a side dish to go with the rice. I really like the blanched spinach here, but it happened to be sold out that day.
There are about 6 pieces of pork ribs in the lamb chop soup. The meat is not too old, the soup tastes refreshing, and the Chinese medicine flavor is not too strong. You can customize whether to add ginger and wine, which I think is very thoughtful.
