This is an all-you-can-eat hot pot restaurant that is quite similar to the model in Taiwan. You can choose two different soup bases to create a yin-yang hot pot, and the most popular options are usually sukiyaki or a spicy one. However, I've noticed that Americans don't typically eat very spicy food unless they are with Mexicans! So generally, when abroad, if you want to eat spicy hot pot, it’s best to go to a Chinese-style restaurant, where you can enjoy more authentic flavors!

When we first entered the restaurant, we were warmly welcomed by the staff. Perhaps because we were a larger group, our seating was a bit crowded. You could feel that they had tried their best to accommodate us, but the space inside the restaurant wasn't very large, so it wasn't easy to move around comfortably!

As for the sukiyaki, the broth was excellent—not too salty and not too sweet. The meat had great flavor when cooked, and when cooking vegetables, they could bring out some sweetness! Since it's all-you-can-eat, we kept ordering various kinds of beef. The quality of the beef was pretty good, allowing us to really fill up. The sauces were also well-prepared, with various sauces placed on the table for us to choose according to our preferences! Personally, I found the other soup base to be quite nice as well, a bit lighter; if the sukiyaki got saltier as it cooked, it was easy to mix the two.

Overall, I think this is a very good restaurant. After eating abroad for a while, one does start to miss Asian food, and being able to enjoy a hot pot like this is warm and delicious! Although eating hot pot abroad is somewhat pricier, I think the cost-performance ratio at this place is quite decent. If I have the chance, I would definitely come back to dine here!
