The meatball shop slowly cooks the meatballs in low-temperature oil, paired with a soul sauce and cilantro. The filling contains pork, diced bamboo shoots, and mushrooms, making it very delicious.
The store shares a space with the old Cai shop, creating a lively atmosphere. Sightseeing buses frequently pass by, and both locals and tourists recommend it.
The waiting time in line is about 10 minutes, the service efficiency is acceptable, and ordering goes smoothly. Overall, the dining experience is good.

In the morning, while having a bowl of noodle soup, I thought the meatball shop was already closed. However, when I passed by in the afternoon, I saw the sign was up.
It turns out the meatball shop is located right next to the noodle soup shop run by Mr. Tsai. Both share the same storefront; one opens in the morning (noodle soup) and the other in the afternoon (meatballs).
I arrived for my meal around 3 PM and there were about 3-4 groups of customers ahead of me. After waiting about 10 minutes, I finally got my meatballs. Their meatballs are slowly cooked in low-temperature oil. Just before they are served, the oil is drained off to ensure they aren't too greasy. They come with the shop's special soul sauce (rice paste sauce, soy sauce, sweet chili sauce) and cilantro.
Once the meatball skin is cut open, the filling includes marinated chunks of pork, diced bamboo shoots, and mushrooms. A serving comes up, and I finished it off in just a few bites.
While I was eating, I also heard a passing sightseeing tour bus telling passengers that this is the best meatball place in Lugang. I think so too. Highly recommended to everyone!
