The dry-fried beef river noodles are fragrant and beautiful in color, but not tasty. The rice noodles are bland and slightly sweet. The beef has no tendons, is quite soft and tender, and is quite delicious.
The preserved egg and lean meat porridge is quite satisfactory, also on the bland side, not too special in taste.
