This time, I went to the popular Sangenjaya shop 'Coffee & Toast' which has a long line every day, located an 8-minute walk from Sangenjaya Station! A little away from the station, you'll find it at the end of the Eitai Shopping Street. Its dynamic visuals have gone viral on social media, attracting a lot of young visitors to this bakery.
The toast using bread from Pelican, which was founded in 1942 in Asakusa, is particularly appealing; they offer various creative menu items with thickly sliced Pelican bread.
It seems like they started with a simple menu when they first opened, but the manager said, "I love eating, and as I started making what I wanted to eat, it became this extensive." With experience as a chef and patissier, they surprise customers with a wealth of ideas.
