This time, just a 3-minute walk from Kamakura Station! You can immediately dive into Komachi Street to eat Hayama beef sushi, a brand of Shonan beef♪ I visited 'Kamakura Gyubee', a specialty shop for Hayama beef nigiri sushi!

Hayama beef is renowned as the highest quality black-haired wagyu and has won the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries Award for five consecutive years, in addition to numerous other accolades.
The marbled meat of Hayama beef is said to be sweet and delicious because it is raised on a special feed that includes rice and tofu lees. Isn’t it wonderful to enjoy such luxurious meat sushi made with Hayama beef?

At Kamakura Gyubee, they offer Hayama beef sushi in four sets named Matsu (Pine), Take (Bamboo), Ume (Plum), and Kyoku (Extreme).
The contents are as follows:

Kyoku: 1 piece of sirloin + 1 piece of rump + 1 piece of rump with ikura and shirasu on top
Matsu: 2 pieces of sirloin
Take: 1 piece of sirloin + 1 piece of rump
Ume: 2 pieces of rump
