The overall preference for the dishes leans towards risotto, wide noodles, chicken with Matsusaka beef stuffed with millet, and the soft squid from Penghu, which are particularly popular. The pumpkin soup is rather ordinary, and the quail and duck breast may not meet everyone's expectations, with the aging method depending on personal taste.
The restaurant has a comfortable environment, and the atmosphere is suitable for a relaxed drink, but the operating hours are not long, making it ideal for sharing with friends.
The service staff actively inquired about the dining opinions, showing a caring attitude towards the customers.
The Italian restaurant has a comfortable environment, with both bar seating and tables, as well as a section in the back that resembles private booths. Overall, the food is quite delicious and highly recommended. Unfortunately, I couldn't drink since I drove, but they have a wide variety of alcoholic beverages. The atmosphere is nice, but the operating hours are not very late, so pairing wine with a light drink feels like a good option.
The pumpkin soup was not very rich and felt average. The risotto and wide noodles were quite tasty, but the quail was served whole, so the meat under the wings felt a bit undercooked, which was a pity. However, the staff was proactive in asking during checkout, so I don't know if others have also commented on that issue.
The tomahawk pork and duck breast were good, but the duck breast seemed a little undercooked in the middle; however, with the trend of aging or sous-vide cooking, it really comes down to personal preference.
I really enjoyed the chicken soba with millet stuffing and even ordered an extra portion—very impressive! The soft squid from Penghu was also chewy, fresh, and delicious.
Overall, I really enjoyed it. It's great for sharing dishes with friends, and I would definitely come again if I get the chance. Thank you!
