Originally, I couldn't find the restroom; it turns out it's outside, and the red one is it.
Dining environment: It feels like the shop doesn't take the cleanliness of the surrounding plants seriously, with many mosquitoes. I happened to sit next to the window, and both the table and the window nearby were very dusty and sticky...
Also, there were mosquito bites...
Dish flavor: I forgot to take a picture of one soup (Tashan soup), but I think this soup is much better than the plum chicken soup.
However, remember that inside the shop, apart from the plum chicken soup, there is a large pot of soup for self-served refills, all others must be requested from the shop!
Because the broth is different, this is a tip based on the experience of someone who has been there.
Fried items: The shrimp didn't seem to be fully cooked. The pineapple shrimp balls and shiso shrimp were both still a bit icy inside when bitten into. I finally gave feedback to the shop, and they were very nice, even replacing it with a new plate that was extremely hot, so I had to wait for it to cool down.
But the shrimp was quite tasty; the shiso shrimp was like shrimp paste wrapped in shiso leaves and coated in flour.
Plum tofu: I noticed that people nearby had some, so I curiously ordered a plate. The flavor was indeed very appetizing, sweet and sour.
The fried noodles were just okay; I didn’t finish them.
Turmeric chicken: A signature dish, the chicken was perfectly cooked and fried, but three of us ordering small portions still couldn't finish it. I rarely eat turmeric, and it slightly changed my impression of it. However, I feel the extra points come from the chicken's texture being very tender and juicy, not dry at all. (After eating, my mouth corners and fingers were covered in turmeric, and it's hard to wash off; they still look yellow!)
The shop provides a water dispenser and plum drinks (not for takeout).
The plum drink was a bit too sweet; I had to dilute it with water 1:1 for it to taste right.
On that day, there was a bit of water lily, but it didn't seem like they seriously soaked it to wash away the earthy taste; after one bite, I couldn't eat anymore, not even wanting to take a picture...

Good parking 🅿️ and there are restrooms 🚽
What impressed me the most wasn't the plum chicken 😂 but the "Tai Shan Chicken" soup! The broth is really super delicious! I think this is a must-order, definitely refreshing and healthy!
(Here’s a tip for ordering: if the specialty is plum chicken, then avoid ordering any dishes that contain plum products, otherwise it will be overwhelming 😂.)
Secondly, the "Perilla Shrimp," which has shrimp paste coated in perilla leaves, then wrapped in batter and fried, is quite tasty. If you have to choose between that and the "Plum Pineapple Shrimp Ball," go for the Perilla Shrimp! The shrimp ball is just okay 😅, but its pineapple is real pineapple, not canned; the pineapple is pretty good! 🤣
(But I should mention, on the day we had these two dishes, the chef might have been too eager to serve, and the inside was still cold 🤣. After we mentioned it, they quickly reheated it for us, which was very sincere~)
I don't recommend ordering the water lily 😅; it has a strange taste~
Google only shows that it's busy on the weekends, but we dined on a Tuesday, and it was still quite crowded!
