The fried dishes at this restaurant, including fried pork cutlet, fried oysters, and fried shrimp, are all crispy and delicious. The pork cutlet is tender, the oysters are fresh and juicy, and the fried shrimp has a wonderful texture. The side dishes, such as shredded cabbage and Japanese rice, are also very tasty.
The service is great, and there’s no need to queue for lunch on weekdays, which feels nice.
A friend near Kamakura recommended the pork cutlet rice. However, I was so full from the brunch that I ordered very little. I got a higher-quality pork cutlet, but the smallest portion.
🌟 The fried items
We ordered fried pork cutlet, fried oysters, and fried shrimp—three different fried dishes. Basically, the breading is the same, and they all have the same crispiness when you take a bite. The pork cutlet was very tender and delicious, the oysters burst with juice in your mouth and were also very fresh and sweet, and the fried shrimp was tender and tasty.
🌟 Side dishes and other details
You can keep getting shredded cabbage, so if you like cabbage, you'll definitely enjoy it. The rice was Japanese rice and very delicious.
Overall, I highly recommend it. The service was also very good. There wasn’t much of a wait when dining there on a weekday afternoon, and I think it’s quite nice. I recommend it to friends who plan to visit Kamakura.
