But this long-ago mutton skewers is different. It makes the skewers clean and delicious, and there is no smoky smell in the whole store. In the hot weather, the air conditioning is strong and comfortable.
The automated kebab machine is right in front of you, which is not only fun to eat but also fun. We, a group of country bumpkins, were amazed when we saw these for the first time and frantically studied this magical machine and grill.

The staff are also very attentive and will help you pay attention to the condition of the skewers at any time and put them on the rack directly after grilling. Basically, you can eat grilled meat skewers without even touching your hands.
In the middle, they will help you pour tea and ask you if you want to eat popsicles when you are done eating. Girls with long hair may have trouble eating and prepare hair ties.
The service is as good as Haidilao. This trip to Beijing was really a food culture shock for me.

The food portion is not sloppy either. The signature mutton kebabs are said to be the mutton from the Hulunbuir Prairie. Because it is seasoned with spices and fresh, there is almost no mutton smell. My friend who is afraid of eating mutton said he can eat the mutton here.
Needless to say, there is no need to say much about the other foods. Every one of them was grilled to perfection, and none of them were bad. Please explain in the picture.

The overall taste is a bit heavy and greasy, but it is very refreshing when paired with the sugar-free tea provided in the store. After eating, it is really comfortable to have a milk popsicle made from "Hulunbuir Snow".
Before leaving, there was "Hulunbuir grass" that you could take home as a souvenir (Hulunbuir was really consumed in this store😂), but unfortunately the seeds can't be taken back to Taiwan, so I didn't take them.

I really love this kind of skewers shop! I hope I can drive it to Taiwan if I have the chance. If you have the chance to go to the mainland, you must try it. It is very novel and delicious.
