🪑 About the overall atmosphere 🎡
According to the locals, it has been an old store for over 50 years, and the meat dumplings do not include salted egg yolks or peanuts, which is what I like; it has an open layout, just one food cart, and it can get quite hot since there is no air conditioning.

💰 About the price 💰
Mushroom meat dumpling $45, mixed soup $25; later I felt it wasn't enough, so I ordered another meat dumpling.

🍴 About the food ☕
The meat dumpling comes with two types of sauce, sweet sauce and savory sauce; the filling is very simple, just lean meat and mushrooms, with the mushrooms being small, sliced pieces; it tastes amazing when paired with the two sauces! The mixed soup contains crispy skin, crunchy balls, and bamboo shoots, so it’s like having three soup ingredients at once, with a light and pleasant flavor; however, the ingredients felt a bit scant, and the bamboo shoots were cut super thin; but for $25, I can't complain too much.
