The specially made medium-thick noodles are chewy, and the creamy chicken white soup combined with the flavors of vegetables creates an exquisite ramen. The rare chashu and soft-boiled egg are delicious, and the cheese risotto pairs perfectly with the soup.
With a simple interior consisting only of a counter, it's easily accessible and worth a visit.
I went to a delicious ramen shop called "Pi!" located in a fierce ramen district in the southern area 🍜.
It's a counter-only establishment where you order via a food ticket system 🎫.
There is also pepper available on the table for flavor adjustment 🔥.
This time, I decided to try the "Pi's White" 🍜, the White Special (with a soft-boiled egg and chashu topping), and cheese risotto 🧀 that I had been curious about for a while 🍜.
Our shop's popular No. 1!
It's a rich chicken broth with the umami of 12 kinds of vegetables perfectly blended, creating an exquisitely balanced bowl with a creamy texture and light-tasting broth paired with our custom firm noodles.
When the ramen arrived, it featured:
A creamy, frothy soup 🐔,
Custom firm noodles 🍜,
Rare chashu 🐷,
A soft-boiled egg 🥚,
Green onions,
Kaiware daikon,
And lemon 🍋,
All beautifully presented ✨.
The rich, fluffy soup was incredibly delicious 🐔. It was thick and full of the rich flavors of chicken and vegetables, yet still easy to eat even with a strong concentration 🐔.
The custom firm noodles were chewy and paired perfectly with the soup, making them incredibly tasty 🍜.
The rare chashu was cooked where it was submerged in the soup, while the parts that weren't were rare, allowing me to enjoy two different flavors 🐷.
The soft-boiled egg, when cracked, was wonderfully gooey and rich, pairing excellently with the soup 🥚.
The green onions were cut slightly thick, adding a nice crunch and flavor, which was delicious ✨.
The kaiware daikon added a refreshing taste and was quite lovely ✨.
I used lemon 🍋 and white pepper 🔥 for flavor adjustments. The lemon provided a refreshing acidity and introduced a different deliciousness 🍋, while the white pepper added a mild yet flavorful kick, enhancing the already tasty ramen 🔥.
The "Pi's White," which I had wanted to try for so long, was even better than I imagined 🥰✨.
For the cheese risotto 🧀, I mixed rice into the leftover soup, added melted cheese, and torched it. I topped it with tomatoes and olive oil, and it turned out to be surprisingly authentic risotto‼️. The cheese was rich, melted perfectly, and incredibly delicious 🧀. The combination of the soup, cheese, and olive oil was outstanding, making it the perfect finishing touch I could enjoy until the last drop 🧀✨.
I hadn't been there in a while, but I was completely satisfied with the experience!!
It's close to the station and has excellent access, so I highly recommend this place 😍.
