【Foodholic Naiko@Venice, Italy】
When you come to Venice, you must eat seafood. This restaurant "Trattoria Al Gazzettino" is on my to-eat list. It seems that a blogger introduced it and said it is delicious.
It is located in an alley in Venice (there are so many alleys in Venice, it is easy to get lost, please open Google maps yourself). Their storefronts are on both sides of the alley. The interior decoration is very old-style, and there are many seats. Arrive at 2pm and skip the queue
Cuttlefish noodles €22
The first bite I took was very fresh. There were many pieces of cuttlefish meat (?) in it, and the texture was very elastic. It was not cooked until it was hard and difficult to bite. The portion of pasta was also large, but after eating it, it became It’s quite salty and needs to be mixed with water while eating.
Crab noodles €24
There is a large piece of crab shell for decoration, but you don’t have to dig out the crab meat yourself (the most troublesome thing when eating crabs). The crab meat has already been processed and stir-fried directly with the pasta. The saltiness is just right, not as salty as the cuttlefish noodles. ,tasty!
Both pasta dishes are delicious, but in terms of durability, the crab noodles should win~
A can of mineral water here costs €3.5, and a small aluminum can of Sprite costs €5. I was dumbfounded when I saw the bill😂
Although there is no corpeto to open the table, there is a service fee, so it’s pretty much the same thing.
Overall, the food is quite delicious, but the price is too high and the waiter is not very friendly, so I can only give it three stars.
