AI Spot Summary

The selection of meals is abundant, with handmade baked dough sticks, fried dough, and rice balls. The baked dough sticks are soft yet firm, paired with special chili or soy sauce cakes, which are very flavorful. The soybean milk is smooth, the fried dough sticks are fresh and tasty, and the rice milk is sweet and delicious. The soup dumplings are said to be very delicious as well.

The restaurant has a large space, but the table turnover is quick, and the environment is sometimes not clean enough. There are limited seats, making it easy to queue.

The service staff's attitude was average; due to the busy business, customer service did not meet the best standards, but it did not affect the quality of the food.

In the Wuxing business district, there is a well-known soy milk shop that is very popular among students from the nearby Taipei Medical University. The place is mostly filled with foreign visitors, and their baked buns, fried dough sticks, and rice balls are all made fresh by hand, which easily leads to long lines.

While there is indoor seating, the space is quite large, though I have never eaten inside.

Meals:
The baked bun with egg — the bun is a soft type, and there are sometimes green onions in the egg… The texture is moist and soft, and you can drizzle some seasoning on top. (If you like it spicy, you can add their special chili, which is delicious — this is what my colleague who loves spicy food says, and I agree.) Personally, I prefer to drizzle it with some soy sauce cake for a slightly salty taste that enhances the flavor.
The buns are made next door, and they have a high order rate.

Soy milk — I'm unsure if they make it themselves, but it's not chalky and quite drinkable.

Fried dough sticks — the ones used for wrapping rice balls are old fried dough sticks, while the ones served fresh are tender sticks, a caloric bomb! Put them inside the baked bun, then dip it in soy milk mixed with egg... so delicious.

Steamed buns filled with taro, brown sugar, or white sugar. You might consider adding an egg when eating them.

Rice milk — rich and sweet; you can consider mixing it or adding an egg.

Baked bun with egg pancake — this is also quite good, combining all the starchy items at once for a feeling of fullness.

Xiao Long Bao (soup dumplings) — I heard from my colleagues that they are very tasty, but since I haven't tried them myself, I won't comment.

Service:
There is essentially none; their business is excellent, and regardless of whether they are busy or not, the attitude is not very good, which seems to be related to the presence of foreign customers. (I'm not trying to start a fight, just stating the facts — their attitude is like this.)

Environment:
I have been inside (when picking up spicy condiments), the turnover of tables is quick, and cleaning is also fast. However, sometimes they may neglect cleaning, leaving tables covered with sauces.

Overall Rating:
Wuxing business district is a breakfast spot worth trying, but aside from the service attitude, it's quite good. I would give it four stars.

Their special chili, which always makes me sneeze when packed, is likely finely chopped bird's eye chili.
