In addition to playing Wu Bai’s songs, the store also displays Wu Bai’s albums and photos. The whole store is full of Wu Bai elements~

There are about 12 seats. Reservations are accepted. The dining time during peak hours is 60 minutes. You can order by scanning the QR code. You can refill the noodles once for free!!!

⭐️Japanese Spicy Miso Ramen $250
It is Taiwanese-style ramen. The spicy miso soup is very rich but not thick. The spiciness is about a little spicy~
It comes with half a soft-boiled egg, a slice of barbecued pork, seaweed, dried bamboo shoots, coriander and chopped green onion. You can choose to order or not?!
The noodle is thin, with moderate hardness. The overall taste is... a bowl of ramen with a strong taste, but I can accept it.

⭐️Japanese Black Garlic Ramen $250
This bowl was ordered by a friend. Except for the soup, the configuration is basically the same.
The soup has a rich Japanese tonkotsu flavor, plus a unique homemade black garlic sauce. The black garlic is very fragrant and has a unique taste;
However, the soup has a slight burnt and bitter taste at the end. My friend is very concerned about this burnt and bitter taste, but I personally don't think it is too obvious and it is within the acceptable range.

⭐️Tang Yang Chicken $130
The Tangyang Chicken is also so delicious. The marinated chicken is fried very crispy. When you bite it, it is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. The chicken retains its gravy and is not dry.
This time we ordered Tang Yang chicken a la carte, which was about six pieces~

In fact, the ramen can be paired with a set meal, and you can also have Tang Yang chicken or side dishes. However, the quantity of the set meal will be a little less than the à la carte option. After discussion, we decided to choose the à la carte option.

‼ ️Conclusion:
The overall taste... the ramen is rich in flavor, but slightly salty, and the taste level is relatively single; but the Tang Yang Chicken is really delicious. If I come to the area next time, I will want to return and try it. Thai hot and sour noodles, I saw some from the table next door and they looked pretty good too😆

The tonkotsu soup base is rich in garlic flavor but not cloying.
I like it quite a lot. The amount of corn is huge and the butter is completely covered by the tonkotsu. It doesn’t have any presence.
The barbecued pork is thinly sliced ​​and very tender, which is a pity that there is only one slice.

I chose the harder noodles, but I was actually disappointed when I ate it. The soup didn't taste layered, the flavor of the tonkotsu was not very prominent, and the barbecued pork and dried bamboo shoots were very ordinary.

The seasoning of the cucumber is really spicy, it is cut into thin slices, and there is nothing memorable about it.
Tangyang chicken is delicious! The fried meat is not too dry and the tenderness of the meat is retained. A must-try!

Overall I won't be returning.
