This is my first time encountering a pet-friendly ramen shop.
Shanju Noodle House in Xinpu Alley
The space in the store is small and warm, and the tables are not very far apart.
There are only 5.6 bar seats and 3 tables for two people
The boss is a fan of Wu Bai, so he displays a lot of CD music, haha💿
The softness and hardness of the ramen/the saltiness of the tonkotsu can be customized
It is indeed a ramen shop that was delayed by the fried chicken.
Tangyang chicken is thick, juicy and not dry, a must-try!
The tonkotsu soup base is rich in garlic flavor but not cloying.
I like it quite a lot. The amount of corn is huge and the butter is completely covered by the tonkotsu. It doesn’t have any presence.
The barbecued pork is thinly sliced and very tender, which is a pity that there is only one slice.
Overall satisfied, the boss is also kind👍🏻
If you want to eat ramen, you will want to visit again!
