This is a very famous hot pot restaurant in Zhongyonghe area. This is my first time to dine there. There are also some aquariums in the store with fresh seafood.
It's a one-pot meal for one person, and a vegetable plate will be attached at the beginning. There is no hot pot ingredients, but only vegetables and tofu. I personally don't like hot pot ingredients, so this part is a plus.
The original soup base is very light, and you can change the soup base for an additional fee, but since I know how to cook seafood, I think this light soup base is more suitable!
This time I ordered the signature surf and turf combo for one person. I chose bacon beef. There was a lot of meat. For seafood, I chose oysters + scallops. The scallops were okay, but they didn’t feel fresh and sweet enough, while the oysters were not. It's very plump and fresh, and the juice will squirt out when you bite it. I recommend it! In addition, we also purchased rouge shrimp and red shrimp, both of which performed very well and tasted fresh.
Overall, if you like seafood, I highly recommend it.
