This is a hot pot restaurant located above the newly opened Eslite Life 480 shopping mall in Taichung. It comes from Kaohsiung, but its business method is different from ours.

The dining method in this restaurant is to order a kind of meat as the main meal and choose the pot base you want. Vegetables, drinks and some side dishes are all-you-can-eat. If the vegetables or self-service cooked food are taken out, the ingredients that are replaced may be different from the previous ones. For example, after the pork sukiyaki was taken away this time, the replacement ingredients were spicy duck blood. As for the hot pot for the main meal, I ordered the signature flat fish pot this time. It has a very special aroma and the soup gives people a clean and refreshing feeling. It tastes richer when paired with the store's homemade sand tea sauce. On this basis, various dishes are cooked continuously. Growing vegetables and beef to eat is very enjoyable.

The type of hot pot served in this shop is quite unique in the nearby area, but the price is a bit high in Taichung. However, in terms of environmental hygiene and taste, it is worth visiting again occasionally.
