The lard mixed rice has a rich and smooth flavor, and the fried eggs in the series are cooked just right. The sesame oil soup has a thick broth with no fishy taste. The pig's trotter is slightly dry.
This pig fat mixed rice place near the Pingtung night market really has a lot of flavor! When you mix in the raw egg yolk, it's very smooth, but I think the aroma of the fried shallots is even more noteworthy than the pig fat (laughs). The rice noodles are also good, but I personally prefer their egg pocket series, which are pan-fried to perfection.
There's also a bowl of sesame oil soup, which has a fragrant broth, and the chicken hearts have been well-prepared with no fishy taste at all. A small bowl, hot and steaming, is just perfect after walking around the night market.
The pig trotter is a bit dry, but it's alright.
