The donuts have a soft and chewy texture, with various flavors each having their own characteristics. The matcha and chocolate have a moderate sweetness, while the pistachio and strawberry fillings are rich but slightly sweet, making them even better when paired with coffee or tea.
Located opposite the Harajuku Station exit, the store has a lively atmosphere. There is seating upstairs, but the minimum order is one doughnut, and it is very popular with long queues.
The wait was about 30 minutes, and the food was served fairly quickly; the service efficiency was quite good.
The popular donuts are incredibly popular! This place is conveniently located right across from the Harajuku Station exit; the first floor is the shopfront with no seating, while the second floor has seats but requires a minimum order of one donut per person, which is quite reasonable. I didn’t go upstairs, but many people said there is usually less waiting on the second floor.
The line was about 30 minutes, but the food came out quite quickly. We ordered four different flavors to share, and they were all pretty delicious. The texture is soft and chewy, which is really nice. The matcha and chocolate without filling are just perfect to enjoy as is, with moderate sweetness and a strong flavor of matcha and chocolate. The pistachio and strawberry filled ones are very rich but a bit on the sweet side, so they taste better with coffee or tea.
There are also some limited-time flavors available at certain locations that I would like to try as well. They're delicious but come with a wait.
