This restaurant, 83 QUAN AN Vietnamese Snacks, is located opposite Longhua University of Science and Technology. Basically, most of the customers are students from Longhua University.
This is my third visit.
This time I ordered grilled meat rice noodles for 100 yuan.
There is really an enormous amount of meat; even after finishing the rice noodles, there was still a pile of meat left.
A bowl for 100 might not be cheaper than a lunch box, but it is definitely more delicious!
If you come near Longhua and want to eat Vietnamese cuisine, 83 Quan An is a must-choose!
