I usually love to watch a lot of food introductions.
When I saw that this restaurant had tons of great reviews, it made me want to give it a try.
Fortunately, after making a phone call, I found out there was a spot available that night.
We decided to test how good the restaurant praised by everyone is!
We ended up waiting until 8 PM to enjoy our dinner at the restaurant!
Actually, we ordered a lot of dishes, but I’ll briefly introduce them…

❤️ Oyster shooter
This is something I order every time I go to a Japanese restaurant. It has probably become my benchmark for assessing the freshness of seafood at a restaurant! As expected, this place did not disappoint me at all; you can tell how good the food is the moment it enters your mouth! The oyster paired with the raw egg yolk slowly melts in your mouth… it’s truly a delight! We quickly ordered another serving. 🍳

❤️ Grilled beef tongue
This is my and my friend’s favorite! We’ve been looking forward to eating beef tongue meals in Japan! However, this restaurant’s beef tongue is also very well done; the only downside is that it’s a bit thin—otherwise, the flavor was handled perfectly!

❤️ Uni truffle egg yolk rice
I think this dish is a must-order!!! I kept thinking that it was just sea urchin and egg yolk on rice, but if you don’t order it, you’ll definitely regret it! Because the hot rice allows the sea urchin and egg yolk to slightly meld into the rice, every bite brings out the essence of the sea urchin and the fresh flavor enhanced by the egg yolk! You must give it a try!

❤️ A5 beef ink shoos sushi
I thought this dish was pretty good—but I recommend the one topped with foie gras even more! Once you take a bite, you’ll understand what it means to melt in your mouth! It gives you the feeling that all the ingredients are blending in your mouth. We also ordered the foie gras sushi twice! We loved it so much!

Overall, I highly recommend this place. If you go to Hawaii, make sure to book a reservation in advance to enjoy some delicious Japanese cuisine! I hope everyone can try other dishes and share with me later!
