A famous braised meat noodle shop in Taipei, no need to wait at Taipei Bridge!
The place is quite large, and the dining time is rotated quickly.
While dining indoors, you can hear the chef's rapid chopping sounds, truly a master with the knife! 🤣

Sour and Spicy Noodles $55
The noodles are mildly spicy and quite appetizing with a sour taste, but by the end, the chili oil settles at the bottom, which can be a bit heavy.

I usually like to order the signature noodles, but I happened to not take a photo this time. The rich sauce wraps around the noodles, and each bite has a special sauce aroma along with a nutty flavor.
