Sour and Spicy Noodles $55
The noodles are mildly spicy and quite appetizing with a sour taste, but by the end, the chili oil settles at the bottom, which can be a bit heavy.

I usually like to order the signature noodles, but I happened to not take a photo this time. The rich sauce wraps around the noodles, and each bite has a special sauce aroma along with a nutty flavor.

Besides the noodles, you must order the braised delicacies! 😋

My favorite is the braised egg! It's very flavorful and not overly salty, with a moist yolk that has a hint of creaminess, super delicious!

Chicken Liver $20
A generous portion of chicken liver for $20. I usually eat pork liver, so of course, I had to try chicken liver for the first time. The texture of chicken liver is different; it's not chewy like pork liver and breaks apart easily when bitten. The flavor has a braised sauce coating, and although there's a bit of an offal taste, it's not fishy. If you dare to eat offal, you can give it a try; some parts may have a slightly bitter aftertaste.

Rice Blood Cake $30
As a rice blood cake enthusiast, this one is great; I order it every time I come. It's not too crumbly or too hard. The perfect balance of softness and firmness, with a bit of chewiness. Once the braised sauce on the outside dries up, it forms a thin film, adding another layer of texture.

Pig Ear $55
The cold dish of pig ears comes in a large portion! The flavor is even, with a slight sweetness, feeling different from other braised sauces. But it’s also very tasty and qualifies as good pig ears!
