Fish hot pot may seem simple, but I really love it. The environment is impressive, clean, bright, and comfortable, with many private rooms on the second floor. The hot pot mainly features thinly sliced fish, which is refreshing and different from the heavy flavors typically found in Chengdu.

The knife skills are superb, with live fish freshly killed, sliced as thin as a cicada's wings and shaped like butterflies. The fish is fresh, the broth is delicious, and it’s nourishing and healthy. As the restaurant's introduction states, it’s all true; you can choose from live, jumping fresh fish, which are killed right on-site. The fish slices are very thin and perfectly cut, making it no surprise that you can enjoy the grouper after just seven seconds of cooking. The broth is rich yet refreshing, and it tastes better the longer you cook it. The fish slices are irresistibly sweet and delicious, making it hard to stop eating one after another. The radishes, lotus slices, potato chips, and chrysanthemum greens are fresh and beautiful, and the specialty dishes like the sliced bamboo shoots and shrimp tails are must-tries. Highly recommended!
