Taiwan's only famous restaurant, Din Tai Fung, has come back after a long time to Tohoku. We ordered fried rice, a set of six soup dumplings, beef noodles, and a single spicy wonton. The fried rice is delicious, but it feels a bit bland as it's adjusted to Japanese tastes.
