This restaurant is a Korean restaurant that specializes in freshly cooked Korean instant noodles. The first step is to choose the flavor of instant noodles you want to eat. There are more than 20 kinds of Korean instant noodles to choose from, which makes it difficult for me to choose. It’s a bit hard to decide🤣. In the second step, you choose what ingredients you want to add. I added eggs/vegetables/pork slices. In the third step, you can choose two non-overlapping side dishes to match. I chose quail eggs and Korean Style kimchi.

• Cheese ramen (original flavor)/120 yuan:
  The first time I came here, I chose the cheese ramen I had eaten before. The noodles were cooked just right and not too soft. Three of the pork slices tasted a little bit woody but acceptable. What was more amazing were the side dishes and the seasoning of the quail eggs. It's great, with a hint of soy sauce and sesame oil.

Generally speaking, it is one of the options that you can consider for work lunch. I would like to try other instant noodles flavors that I have not usually bought.

This time I ordered the basic Shin Ramen with pork and vegetables. You can choose from two side dishes. The side dishes include kimchi, spicy bean sprouts, cucumbers, dried shreds, and quail eggs. I chose kimchi and quail eggs.
Meals are cooked to order and the waiting time is about 10 minutes. Because I didn't seem to ask about the spiciness level when ordering, I was worried that the whole package of spicy noodles would go down. Fortunately, after it was served, I didn't think it was too spicy by sight or smell. In fact, it tasted moderately spicy. The dough is cooked just right, not too rotten or too hard, and there are about 3-4 slices of pork, which tastes good. The rest are eggs and vegetables, which overall taste quite comfortable. The kimchi and quail eggs on the side dishes are also of a certain standard, especially the quail eggs paired with the refreshing sauce made with onions and white sesame seeds, which tastes good.
However, there seems to be no boiled water provided in the store. After eating the noodles, I feel like drinking a drink.

The atmosphere in the store is very warm, with warm lighting and home-cooked instant noodles that are full of healing. From the moment you open the store door, you feel like you are back at home. It makes people relax and is very suitable for tired Taipei people. After a day of travel, come over and have a bowl of noodles before going home to lie down.
The menu seems complicated but is actually very simple. The most difficult level is to choose one of the 19 types of instant noodles. It is really a sweet burden for people like me who have difficulty in choosing. 🥹
Because I would bring others to eat after I finished eating, I accidentally ate for two days in a row. For the first time, I relied on the Internet to recommend a brand of Korean instant noodles that is said to be the best. I chose Anseong noodle soup. The taste is very similar to military hotpot. , with a slight spiciness and kimchi aroma, it is a good taste that people who really don’t hate Korean food will like. However, what I recommend more is the spicy cheese instant noodles I ordered the next day. I like the cheese soup. I love it, I feel like I ordered this flavor the second time, and it’s hard to choose anything else after that, damn it!
After selecting the soup, choose the side dishes. Kimchi is very smooth and eating it with instant noodles will add another dimension to the soup.
