I often passed by this restaurant but never had the chance to dine in. Since it was rare to gather with family, we decided to come here and give it a try. When we entered the restaurant, the staff's attitude was quite average. Although they were polite, they didn't seem very friendly. After choosing our meals from the menu, we paid at the counter. It was mostly a semi-self-service setup, so we had to get our own utensils and pay ourselves. The only service they provided was bringing the food to our table, which was actually nice because it meant no extra service charge!

As for the food, it was really delicious, and every dish received compliments from my family, especially the following:

❤️ Pan-fried Pork Liver
It is rare to find pork liver that isn't mushy or unpleasant. It was very chewy and surprisingly flavorful, with no trace of the usual gamey smell or off-putting taste. Instead, it was deliciously chewy, almost like eating Matsusaka pork slices—a very successful dish!

❤️ Stir-fried Fresh Squid
The squid 🦑 was very fresh. The chef used a simple technique to stir-fry it with celery, showcasing the genuine sweetness of the seafood. The aroma from the celery added to the dish, making it simple yet tasty!

❤️ Sweet and Sour Pork Loin
This dish was also quite straightforward, but the balance of sourness and sweetness was excellent. The meat part was marinated well, so every bite was perfect with a big scoop of rice. It was not only delicious but also very filling!

It's rare to find a place where every dish is this good in a stir-fry restaurant. No wonder it can stand strong in such a location. If anyone is in the area, I think it’s worth a try. However, if you're going with a large group, it's best to make a reservation since there aren't many seats in the restaurant!
