I was attracted by the amount of salmon roe on the salmon roe rice bowl above. I rarely come to Kaohsiung, so I made an appointment here.

The store is clean and bright, and the long rows of bar seats have the feel of a Japanese izakaya. In addition to the salmon roe rice bowl at Target, I also ordered some skewers. It was so casual that I can’t remember what I ordered now...

The overall taste is amazing. I remember that there was nothing special about the meal that day. When the highlight of the meal, the salmon roe rice bowl, was served, the store owner would play a little game with the customers. The higher the mood, the more salmon roe they would eat. It was probably too high, so we asked the clerk to stop first (laughs) but it was indeed full to the point of overflowing.

Please note that the Chinese and Japanese menus of the store are not consistent in some places. Some people reported to the store that they just changed the new menu and there were some inaccuracies. They are aware of it and hope they can improve it in the future.
