Hot pot | NT$950~NT$950

AI Spot Summary

The lamb hot pot at this place has a broth that is rich yet refreshing. The lamb has more meat than bone and is tender, resulting in a good texture. Hot pot ingredients and vegetables are self-serve with a rich selection, and the broth can be divided into three meals, making it very cost-effective. However, the sauce for the "Five-Spice Intestine and Blood Sausage" is somewhat similar to sweet chili sauce, not quite the traditional flavor.

The venue is very spacious and can accommodate hundreds of people, providing ample parking space. The environment is suitable for winter gatherings.

The boss is enthusiastic, offering peanuts after being seated. Utensils and sauces need to be self-served. The service is simple and friendly.

Winter hasn't arrived yet, but we're already starting to eat lamb hotpot. 🔥 Although the weather recently makes you sweat while eating, I can't wait until winter. :D This lamb hotpot place is mostly frequented by returning customers, and our family visits often as well. It's located on a small road near Qingquangang Airport. People generally find out about it through word of mouth or online, as it's not an easy place to just pass by or discover casually.

The venue is very large, accommodating several hundred people without a problem. The large front plaza is used to support the current number of visitors, with about a third of it set up with tables, and the rest allocated for customer parking.

After seating, the owner serves peanuts, so you're not bored while waiting for your food. Utensils and sauces are self-serve. I've tried lamb hotpot from a chain brand before; although it was fragrant and tasty, it was extremely oily. This restaurant’s broth is rich but relatively refreshing, without a heavy feeling. However, it's not the charcoal type of barbecue; they use tabletop gas stoves.

This time, the two of us ordered a small lamb hotpot, which already includes large chunks of lamb, plenty of base vegetables, and hotpot ingredients. You don't really need to add many extras, and with just this pot, the two of us were able to eat for three meals. 😹 You can tell how cost-effective it is!

Their lamb deserves special praise; it's meaty with fewer bones, not dry or tough, and separates from the bone easily with a slight bite. The skin is quite bouncy and tender, making it our favorite lamb so far. We also recommend adding sliced lamb to cook, which remains tasty even after a long time in the pot, and some vermicelli. Hotpot ingredients and vegetables are self-serve and priced per plate.

Additionally, there are nearly 60 kinds of stir-fried dishes here, offering a diverse selection, whether it's land or sea creatures. 😝 Overall, it's highly recommended. Winter is coming, so everyone can start getting ready. 🏃‍♀️

✐ Small Lamb Hotpot (for two) $600
✐ Sliced Lamb (half a pound) $200
✐ Vermicelli (for one) $40
✐ Pickled Radish Omelet $160
✐ Stewed Intestines in Five-Spice Sauce $350

✐ Hotpot Ingredients/Vegetables/Peanuts (self-serve) per plate $60
