My favorite brand of mung bean soup and flour dumplings shop, this one is a branch. There are quite a few locations in Tainan, and I heard they are all independently operated, possibly with some family relations. Each shop makes its own sweet soup and toppings, so the flavors might have some differences, more or less.

I still ordered my favorite mung bean soup with flour dumplings, it felt a bit sweeter and had a slight lack of the starchy flavor. The flour dumplings were still completely transparent and soft. Overall, I still really liked it, and I would consider this shop if I'm nearby.
