A huge plate full of greens, both the lettuce and tomatoes are fresh, with some nuts for added texture, dressed with oil and vinegar which is tasty, but there should at least be a few slices of smoked salmon to make it less boring.

The beef is even tastier than the steak... possibly due to the fatty cuts. The broth is rich and flavorful, a bit salty, and pairs well with the bread.

The staff recommends it medium rare; it’s not dry or bloody, it’s tender but still easy to chew, although the beef flavor seems not strong enough. The side dish is a very light mashed potato, which gets better with the salt provided on the table; there’s also some lettuce and corn, but the corn tastes a bit earthy (or maybe it’s been sitting for a long time) 😵‍💫
