The Korean vegetarian dishes offered by this restaurant are stunning, especially the kimchi pancakes, which are crispy and delicious. The stone pot bibimbap is also highly praised, with a rich variety of ingredients and the delightful crunch of crispy rice. Although the kimchi rice cake stew is slightly less impressive, the overall meal is still satisfying.
This was my first time eating Korean vegetarian cuisine in my life. I don’t think the prices of the dishes were too high. Today, I ordered: Korean kimchi rice cake stew, kimchi-flavored bibimbap, and kimchi pancakes.
In my opinion, the ranking is: pancakes > bibimbap > rice cake stew. The texture of the pancakes reminded me of the oyster omelet I used to eat when I had meat; it was crispy and fluffy!? In short, it was super delicious! I also thought the bibimbap was very tasty—there were plenty of ingredients and variety, and the crispy rice was also very good! The rice cake stew was tasty too, but compared to the first two, it didn’t impress me as much.
In conclusion, this is a Korean vegetarian restaurant that is worth eating at and I would visit again!
