This time I chose the half and half seaweed and wasabi flavor. It is really delicious when paired with bonito flakes. Wasabi is made by squeezing mustard sauce on each flake, and mix it with Japanese takoyaki sauce and mayonnaise to give the overall taste Fuller. The seaweed is relatively mild, and there are also plum, spicy and original flavors to choose from. It is really happy to have hot takoyaki to eat in the middle of the night.
