Although it may be chatty 🤪🤪, it is definitely heartfelt and genuine! 🥺

This time I'm introducing a café located in the Wenshan District.
One of the specialties of this café is their curry rice, which is primarily a vegetable curry.
However, be aware that it does not contain meat, so if you're someone who wants to indulge in meat with your curry, you might be a bit disappointed.

That said, the curry is cooked quite well, and its flavor is really nice.
The curry leans towards a sweet vegetable flavor and is complemented by various vegetables like lotus root and cauliflower, providing a unique taste.
If you really love curry, I highly recommend trying a bowl of curry here.
However, since this is still a café, you need to order a drink due to the minimum spending requirement.

If you intend to have curry as your main meal, you may need to order additional items, as the portion size of the curry is quite small.
If you're an adult male, I suggest ordering additional items or heading elsewhere for food.

Besides curry, there are also some desserts and drinks available, since it is still a café!
Dickson himself is a meat lover, so seeing just a vegetable curry was somewhat disappointing.
After all, a dish that lacks a meat flavor feels lacking in some way.

But I must say, the curry here is quite unique and flavorful!
So if you're not averse to vegetable curry, and you don’t mind vegetables or fruits, I think you will enjoy the curry flavor here!

The café has a relatively spacious layout, though the number of seats is not too many, so if it's crowded, you might have to wait for a table.
The environment is not too noisy, contributing to a pleasant atmosphere.
The café also has some books and posters on the walls.

👉 Vegetable Spiced Curry
As mentioned earlier, this curry is made using vegetables as the main ingredient.
When the curry is served, you'll notice a lot of vegetables on top.
Visually, the colorful mix of vegetables is quite appetizing!

The flavor of the curry is really good, with a variety of vegetable ingredients.
If you love vegetables, I think you will really enjoy it!

👉 Creamy Rice with Grilled Vegetables
This main dish is filled with vegetables.
Basically, the grilled vegetables and creamy rice are served separately.
You can see that the vegetables include tomatoes, eggplant, baby corn, and cauliflower, among others.
And next to it is the creamy rice!

So in the end, we had quite a bit of vegetables along with the creamy rice.
As you can see, the portion size isn’t very large, so if you try to make this dish your only meal, you might find it to be quite small!
You could easily lose weight with such a small portion!
Hence, I still recommend ordering other items or eating elsewhere afterwards; this dish feels more like an appetizer.

You can definitely grab some other main dishes later on!
Personally, as someone who doesn’t particularly love vegetables, I thought this main dish was just okay.

However, putting aside the vegetable aspect, they are well-prepared and flavorful.
So if you love vegetables, including tomatoes and eggplants, I think you would admire their cooking method!

I chose the caramel custard for dessert, which didn’t leave an impression of being extraordinary.
It was an average caramel custard to end this round!

⭐️ Drink Section
👉 Gentle Spiced Milk Tea
Of course, I ordered a milk tea because I drink coffee infrequently.
On the menu, there's a gentle spiced milk tea that looked quite special.

It's basically milk tea mixed with many different spices.
From the menu, you can see it includes various seasonings like pepper, clove, and cinnamon.

Overall, it has a more complex flavor.
Apart from the milk tea base, this drink is quite stimulating with the various seasonings!
I personally think if you want to try something a bit different in terms of milk tea, you should go for this; it’s quite distinct and I recommend it!

⭐️ Atmosphere Section
The café’s atmosphere is actually quite nice.
While the overall décor and design are not particularly trendy, it does give a warm and cozy feeling.

Along with the posters and artwork on the walls, there are also books that customers can freely browse.
Thus, the overall café vibe is quite pleasant!
It’s very suitable for working or studying, and it wasn’t too noisy during my visit!

I recall that there wasn’t anything particularly special about the service; it was just the basic ordering and serving process.

⭐️ Price Section
I think the price is reasonable considering the main dish portions aren’t large.
Moreover, the vegetable usage and ingredients are quite substantial.
Thus, I find the main dish prices acceptable.
If you enjoy vegetable curry, you probably will be quite happy with this place!

As for the drinks and desserts, they are reasonably priced for a typical café in Taipei!

⭐️ Location Section
It is located near Wanlong MRT Station, about a 10-minute walk from the station to the café.
Additionally, it’s also quite convenient if you take a bus.

However, since there aren’t many other attractions nearby, it is somewhat a destination to come specifically for this café!

⭐️ In Summary
If you love all sorts of curry, I think this place offers a unique variety that is definitely worth trying.
However, since the accompanying dishes are mostly vegetables, if you need a lot of meat with your curry, the flavors here may not suit you well.

If you can accept vegetable-heavy curry, I believe this café offers rich and delicious curry, along with a colorful mix of vegetables that you will definitely love!

But overall, if you are a meat lover, you might not enjoy it as much!

Regarding drinks and desserts, they didn’t leave an extraordinary impression.

On the other hand, the café’s atmosphere is quite pleasant and suitable for doing your own thing or chatting with friends in the afternoon!
