After finishing my ramen in the previous post, I found this ice cream shop near the ramen restaurant. Maybe it's because I really miss Taiwanese food, so when I saw the pearls in the photos, I was drawn in. The location of the shop is very easy to find, and there are plenty of parking spaces. Compared to other dessert shops nearby, this ice cream shop stays open a bit later. When I went in, there were still quite a few people looking to buy ice cream, but the checkout and making of the ice cream went very quickly, so I didn’t have to wait much. However, there aren’t many seats inside, so if a big group happens to come in at the same time for dessert, you might have to sit in the outdoor area!

The ice cream I ordered was ❤️ Brown Sugar Pearl Ice Cream. I really miss Taiwanese bubble milk tea, and luckily, the pearls in this shop don’t have any air, so they definitely taste like the brown sugar pearls from Taiwan. The pearls themselves have a sweet flavor and are very chewy, but I feel like they might have added a lot of brown sugar to the ice cream to cater to American tastes. The ice cream itself also has some sweetness, so overall, it’s on the sweeter side. If you’re not usually into sweet things, it might be a bit overwhelming!

Overall, I think the quality of the ice cream is quite good. The texture of the soft serve is fine, and there aren't really any major issues. If I’m looking for an ice cream shop nearby again, I would definitely come back!
